Having been a fan of Caymus White Conundrum for years I had the pleasure of tasting their Red Version of the famed Conundrum on a trip to Napa Valley.  Frankly, I think they have hit it out of the ball park with the Red varietal.  This wine, of deep ruby color, bursts with juicy fruit flavors.  It is a bit on the sweet side so those of you who are not fans of sweet red wine may find it a bit too aggressive but for those of us who find this refreshing you have discovered a winner in Red Conundrum.  It can be paired with practically every dish from a burger to a piece of grilled fish.  Best way to describe this wine is that it is a “Bottle of Fun”.  Enjoy…..
